(ABN [22715067742] of [Harry Trott Recreation Reserve, Neale Street, Kennington] (“the Club”), a declared community organisation under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003. This raffle is conducted in Victoria in accordance with all applicable Victorian community gaming laws and regulations administered by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission. 2. Eligibility • Entry is open to all persons aged 18 years and over. • There is no requirement to be a member of the Club. • Tickets may be purchased by any eligible person within Australia. • By purchasing a Ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. • The Club reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including age and identity). • The Club may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 3.
