We’re excited to announce updates for the Bloods Jackpot fundraiser in 2025! Over the past four years, this has become a major event for our club, supporting every aspect of our growth. Your contributions mean the world to us, and we can’t wait to see the continued success this year!
How It Works:
Weekly Draws: Every week, a winner will be chosen during Thursday night training teas (excluding bye weeks). You don’t need to be present to win, as winning numbers will be posted on social media, and winners will be notified directly before funds are transferred.
1 Winner Per Week: Each week, one lucky number will win! You can purchase as many numbers as you like to increase your chances.
Ownership: Once you purchase a number, you own it for the full 16 rounds. The number stays yours throughout the competition.

Public Participation: This competition is open to everyone, and the more numbers you buy, the better your chances of winning. Each week’s prize is up for grabs, so don’t miss out!

Official Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is South Bendigo Football Netball Club Inc. (ABN [22715067742] of [Harry Trott Recreation Reserve, Neale Street, Kennington] (“the Club”), a declared community organisation under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003.
This raffle is conducted in Victoria in accordance with all applicable Victorian community gaming laws and regulations administered by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission.
2. Eligibility
• Entry is open to all persons aged 18 years and over.
• There is no requirement to be a member of the Club.
• Tickets may be purchased by any eligible person within Australia.
• By purchasing a Ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The Club reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including age and identity).
• The Club may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Raffle Structure
• A maximum of 100 numbers (“Tickets”) will be available for sale.
• Each Ticket costs $160 and is valid for all 16 weekly draws.
• Tickets are allocated on a first paid basis and are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
•All payments must be made in full via TIDY HQ.
• Unpaid invoices after 24 hours may result in cancellation of the allocation without notice.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once the raffle has commenced.
• The term “Jackpot” is for advertising purposes only. There is no rollover of prizes from week to week; each week’s prize is independent.
4. Total Prize Pool
• Total prize pool: $6,000.
• 16 separate weekly draws will occur.
• One (1) winning Ticket will be drawn per week.
• Weekly prize amounts are fixed and will be advertised prior to commencement.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
5. Draw Process
• Draws will take place during Thursday night training teas (excluding scheduled bye weeks).
• Winners do not need to be present to win.
• Each draw will be conducted using a fair, random selection method ensuring all valid Tickets have an equal chance of winning.
• The Club’s decision regarding the raffle and draw outcomes is final and binding.
6. Winner Notification and Publication
• Winners will be notified via phone, email, or social media within a reasonable timeframe after each draw.
• Results may be published on the Club’s website and social media platforms.
• By entering, participants consent to their name being published for promotional purposes.
7. Prize Payment
• Prizes will be paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account provided at checkout.
• It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide accurate bank details.
• The Club accepts no responsibility for incorrect payment details supplied by the entrant.
• Prizes will be transferred within a reasonable period following winner confirmation.
8. Liability
• To the extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury in connection with this raffle or any prize.
• The Club is not responsible for technical difficulties, payment processing delays, or events beyond its reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under applicable law.
9. Cancellation, Variation, or Suspension
• The Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the raffle if required due to regulatory direction, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control.
• If cancelled prior to commencement, all confirmed payments will be refunded.
• If cancelled after commencement, the Club will act in accordance with Victorian gaming regulations.
10. Privacy
• Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this raffle and prize distribution.
• Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
• Entrants may request access to their personal information by contacting the Club.
11. Governing Law
This raffle is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
12. Draw Schedule
Bloods Jackpot will consist of 16 Draws.
