
Registration Agreement
South Bendigo Football Netball Club is dedicated to the athletic and personal development of players through the pursuit of excellence in football. We seek to provide the highest level of foot training and competition in the Bendigo Football Netball League.
As a player, you will learn and be reminded often of the value of important principals such as hard work, commitment, professionalism, perseverance and teamwork. We realise that participating in South Bendigo FNC is a substantial time and financial commitment. For this reason, we seek your commitment to the South Bendigo FNC for the 2025 season.
This contract does not come into effect until the player is a registered player with South Bendigo Football Netball Club and has been cleared from their previous club/league (if applicable).
PLAYER OBLIGATIONS
- Attend all training sessions, including presession sessions.
- Attend all major Club functions, including Season Launch, Annual Club Ball and Vote Count/Presentation Night.
- Make every effort to attend all training dinners on a Thursday evening.
- Obtain one football player sponsorship for the 2025 season.
- Be a financial member of the Club by round three 2025 season.
- Participate in any fundraising activities to support the football division.
- Make yourself available to volunteer for the Club. For example; kiosk, bbq, scoring, duties, photo opportunities, mentoring younger players etc.
- Make every effort to carry out special tasks asked of you by the Football Operations Manager.
- Represent the club in a professional and positive manner.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Participating in the South Bendigo FNC requires payment of BFNL and club season fees. These fees are to be paid as per club payment schedule. Any players whose account is not paid by the date set by the Club treasurer may not be allowed to practice or participate in training or games.

ALCOHOL / TOBACCO / DRUG USE
The South Bendigo Football Netball Club requires any person under the age of 18 to comply with the legislation applicable to the Liquor Control Act which prohibits the consumption and sale of any alcohol to a person under the age of 18 at any Club function – including game days, practice matches, training, camps, pre-season trips, end-of-season trips, or any official function where the person is representing SBFNC. This also applies to the Drugs Poisons and Controlled Substances Act as well as to the relevant tobacco legislation.
The consequences of breaching any of the above will be determined by the Foottball Operations Committee and ratified or altered by the Executive Officers of the SBFNC.
SOCIAL MEDIA
By submitting this document you acknowledge that you will not participate in any social media activity which causes harm to another person or SBFNC. Including posting defamatory, derogatory, or inflammatory content or posting information or pictures that imply illegal conduct.
CHILD SAFE POLICY
SBFNC adheres to the AFL and Netball Victoria Child Safe Policies. For football this involves being aware of and adhering to the 11 principles of safeguarding children.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By registering with the South Bendigo Football Netball Club, I agree to abide by the SBFNC Code of Conduct principles set out in the Player’s Blood Code. I support the Club in its undertakings and encourage the Club to take any necessary disciplinary actions including the suspension and banning where warranted of any players, coaches or admin volunteers, for repeated or serious breaches of these Codes of Conduct.
